Maples by the Lake consists of a modern open floor plan with a 20 foot high ceiling in the great room and breathtaking views of the lake.
The home has 3 levels that sleeps 12-14 comfortably.
The upper level includes a master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) with in-suite bath and large walk-in shower. Another large bedroom (sleeps 6) with private balcony and wet bar includes views of lake, has two queen beds, a twin day bed with twin trundle, and attached full bath with large walk-in shower.
The main floor has top to bottom views of the lake, a beautiful cherry wood den/office with futon (sleeps 1), a huge kitchen with new appliances, dining comfortably for 8, kitchen bar and stools for 6, full laundry. The bedroom on this floor has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and first floor full bath on the main floor.
The lower level is an entertaining area with bar and full fridge, foosball, and has a walkout to the hot tub, frog pond, and beach. A lower level bedroom includes full and twin beds (sleeps 2-3) with attached full bath. A wrap-around deck with furniture completes the outside of the home.
Amenities
Located in Clarkston, MI four miles from DTE Energy Music Theatre (summer concerts), Pine Knob Ski Resort (winter skiing/snowboarding), seven miles to Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall and Topgolf. Several golf courses are within miles. Downtown Detroit (casinos, sports venues) is 30 miles. WiFi and central air is present throughout the home. 5-6 smart TV's ensure everyone has a place to watch a favorite channel or show. There is a foosball table in the lower level and a hot tub outside under the deck. In the summer, kayaks and paddle boards will be on the sandy beach which also includes a fire for smores. A fire table sits lakeside on the deck platform and a gas grill is available. Bring your own boat/lake toys, a dock is available for your use and Lake Oakland is a 235 acre all-sports lake that is 60 feet deep in the middle. The lake front has a sandy bottom, no weeds, and a gradual water depth. Bring your fishing pole and catch bass and bluegil when in season. Several walking trails are within minutes of the lakehouse.

Summer (May 15 to September 30)/Winter (October 1 to May 14)
Summer rates are $500/night+300 cleaning fee with a 3-4 night minimum
